Jonathan Knight was born and raised in Bourke NSW on Ngemba Country. Jonathan is connected to the lands of the Barkindji, Wongkamarra and Kunja people of Western NSW. In 1992 Jonathan moved to Dubbo and Boarded at the Aboriginal Hostel and remained in Dubbo for over 20 years before returning to Bourke in 2015. Jonathan has a passion for his culture and art, and started working for himself, learning teaching and making Aboriginal artefacts. Jonathan is the FDC Champion.
