Coonamble Aboriginal Health Service worked closely with Terri Janke Lawyer and Company, an Indigenous law firm lead by Dr Terri Janke.
Terri Janke and Company is an award – winning Indigenous Law firm. Operating since 2000, specialising in Commercial Law and lead in the area of Indigenous Cultural and Intellectual Property (ICIP).
For some years now we have been using their services and building a strong relationship. TJC have helped us with our Trademark and licensing and recently developed the legal framework for our Fair Dinkum Choices® brand. The framework sets out the use of the Fair Dinkum Choices ® brand for licensing purposes, so that our partners and approved products can use the logo we have made as a certification system.
We look forward to our ongoing collaboration with TJC.
